A 25 percent deposit secures your date. The deposit is non refundable because we cannot cover last minute cancellations. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. We accept cash and e transfer.

Good to Know Before You Book
Setup Time
Every setup is different and the time needed depends on size and custom details. Please allow a 2 hour window for us to complete your theme. Larger events may need longer, so send your booked event timings in advance.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is collected before we start decorating with any rental items. This makes sure everything comes back in the same condition it was provided in.
Outdoor Setups
Outdoor setups depend on the weather, including wind, rain and extreme heat. If the weather turns we may move the setup, add supports or arrange an alternative so it stays safe and looks its best. We ask for your cooperation with any last minute changes.
